When you submit an appointment request, Barn Day inquiry, event inquiry, contact message, or interest-list form, we collect the information you enter, which may include your name, phone number, email address, city or barn location, number of horses, desired service, preferred dates, and any notes — including information about your horse’s health that you choose to share.

Please do not include payment card numbers, passwords, or government ID numbers in any form.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry and schedule, confirm, and provide services
To review your horse’s history so we can decide whether a session is appropriate

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

How it’s handled

Form submissions are sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to our website host, Netlify, which stores them in our private account dashboard and emails a notification to the business owner. Our hosting and email providers process this information on our behalf. We keep inquiry records only as long as needed for scheduling and reasonable business recordkeeping, and delete them from the hosting dashboard periodically.

Spam protection

Our forms use automated checks to block spam, including a hidden “honeypot” field and our host’s spam filtering, which may analyze the content of a submission and technical information such as your IP address.

Analytics and cookies

This site does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add analytics in the future, it will load only with your consent and this policy will be updated.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you submitted, or to remove you from the interest list, by contacting us at (951) 290-8846 or info@topshottequinetherapy.com. California residents may have additional rights under state law, and we will honor applicable requests.

Children
